Terms of Service

By adding Ashy Bot to your Discord server, accessing the dashboard, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — server owners, administrators, and members.

Ashy Bot offers the following features as part of a paid subscription:

• Discord server moderation (anti-nuke, smart warnings, auto-actions)
• Ticket system with dashboard management
• Leveling and XP system with role rewards
• Interactive games via Ash Bot (roulette, mafia, and more)
• Web dashboard for configuration and audit logs

Features may change over time. We will announce significant changes in the support server.

• Subscriptions are per server, billed monthly at $6 USD.
• Payment is currently handled manually via our Discord support server.
• Access is granted after payment is confirmed and remains active for the billing period.
• There is a grace period of 7 days after expiry before features are disabled.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except at our sole discretion.
• Prices may change with 14 days notice via the support server.

You agree not to use Ashy Bot to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware through bot features.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the dashboard API.
• Use the service for illegal activities in your jurisdiction.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

We aim to keep Ashy online 24/7. However, we may take the bot offline for maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes. We will announce planned downtime in the support server in advance where possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated as quickly as possible.

The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

To function correctly, Ashy Bot requires certain Discord permissions (manage members, manage channels, view audit log, etc.). Granting these permissions means you authorize Ashy to act on your server within the scope of your configured settings. You remain responsible for your server configuration and the actions of your moderators.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via the support server. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, payment failure, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your server data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashy Bot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, server disruption, or moderation errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in our support server with at least 7 days notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
